Team

Chris Kemp
Chris Kemp is a co-founder and a company director of Suited and Booted. As a documentary maker he feels it is a privilege to be able to tell people's stories to a wider world and he has been at the heart of many of our award winning productions. Chris has a science background and as a Dr. of chemistry he has led on our production of science based educational resources. Chris also sits on the Executive committees of both Creative Bath and the B&NES Cultural Forum. If you meet him, don't get him started on cricket, you'll be there all day.
Sara Strickland
Sara Strickland is a co-founder and a company director of Suited and Booted. She has spent many years working across the public and private sector specialising in producing documentaries and promotional videos while developing projects which allow for development and engagement with young people. Sara's belief in the ability of digital media to make an impact on peoples lives has kept her as a driving force behind the development of Suited and Booted. As well as being an experienced project manager and producer she has a specialism in using technology within early years settings. Sara's proudest moment may just be winning “owner that looks most like their dog” at Widcombe Rising 2010.
Elle Farnham
Elle Farnham has been with us in a full time capacity since early 2009 but before this she was one of our very favourite freelancers after she graduated with a degree in animation with illustration from U.W.E. Elle is multi skilled and while her main focus within Suited and Booted is project development, management and delivery she is also an experienced self shooting director and producer. Before joining Suited and Booted in a full time capacity Elle was making her own short films, which were shown around the world and working on TV and Film sets within the Art and Costume departments. Elle has more shoes than anyone else we know, apart from her sister.
Phil Derham
Phil joined us in the winter of 2009 after graduating from Bournemouth Media School. Phil's work with Suited and Booted is mainly focused in post production but as with everyone else in the team Phil is multi-skilled and is an experienced camera operator and self shooting director. His keen eye and understanding of narrative is a real asset to the work of Suited and Booted. We are extremely proud that in 2011 Phil won the Reed Short film competition with the epic Spread the Word. Phil has a nice line in hats.
Jack Lilley
Jack joined Suited and Booted last year and his main focus for us in in post production, but Jack is an extremely experienced camera operator and photographer and is actively involved in going out and shooting films for us. Before joining us Jack specialised in producing music videos and filming live music events and still keeps his hand in with this during his free time. The skills and creativity he has used on these productions in the past are proving to have a big impact on the work of Suited and Booted. Jack is a self confessed geek, his knowledge of encoding is vast and given half a chance he will try and explain it to you.
Jackie Camp
Jackie Camp is our longest serving member of staff and while she's not in the office often we wouldn't be without her as our Financial Administrator. In addition to her book-keeping skills, Jackie is the founder of the Boom Stage young peoples music project and has many years experience as an events organiser and stage manager in the strange worlds of fashion and circus. When she's not with us she runs her own business Scarlet Blue with her lovely husband Simon. Jackie spent a couple of years as a metal clown with Archaos.
Reginald Dixon Brown
Reginald Dixon Brown, aka Reggie, is our office dog. Reggie comes from the Labradoodle family, and is big, white and fluffy. He likes walks, mud, people, food (especially apple cores) and chasing pigeons in the office garden. Reggie is usually found in his basket, or underneath Sara or Chris's desk or sleeping in the hallway. He is named after Reginald Dixon, the man who played the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ at the Tower Ballroom, Blackpool.
Freelance Team
We have built up a trusted bank of award-winning freelancers with a wide range of specialist skills and a wealth of experience. We always strive to find the perfect match between worker and project so that everyone is happy, and gets an enjoyable experience with a fantastic outcome. Some of our most loved freelancers include Tom Stubbs, Peter Snelling, Mark Simon Hewis, and Helen Hewitt.
Trainees & Interns
We strive to offer internships and development opportunities for new media entrants. We are very proud that many of these young people have gone onto to work within the media industry for companies such as Kudos, Virgin, TwoFour and North One Television.
