For us, doing the right thing isn’t a trend - it’s who we have always been. We started life as a CIC, and we are now a fully certified B Corporation video production company - because purpose means more to us than profit.
From the moment we started all those years ago, we have always been an ethical production company. Because it’s not just about the work you do, it’s how you do it that counts.
We were one of the first CICs in the country, and the work we did empowering communities to tell their stories using film was award-winning. Before smartphones were even a twinkle in Steve Jobs’ eye, and not everyone could afford cameras and editing computers, we ran young people’s film clubs to develop the next generation of filmmakers. We have sponsored students’ university degrees and supported charities, run community screenings and get-togethers.
But it wasn't just the work, it was how we did it. We have always made sure that everyone we employ and work with is treated fairly and with respect.
We have chosen not only who to do work for, but who to NOT work for.
Today we’re more committed than ever to balance and equality.
Ensuring our own suppliers comply with our code of conduct, carbon offsetting every project and supporting community forest projects. We are a BCorp certified company, a living wage employer, and our video productions adhere to the guidelines laid down by Albert Sustainable Production…
