What happens when you mix world-class cuisine with cutting-edge video tech?

Chris and Val have been working alongside Michelin-starred chef Alain Roux and his right-hand man Michael Nizzero to bring a new kind of magic to The Waterside Inn in Bray - the only restaurant outside France to hold three Michelin stars since 1985.

Together, they’ve built a multi-camera, live-stream-enabled studio kitchen, the beating heart of the newly launched Waterside Inn Culinary School. From here, Roux and his team are creating a suite of instructional videos to complement their in-person courses.

Our most recent project filmed at the culinary school was an extra-special series of soufflé masterclasses that capture every whisk, rise, and golden edge in cinematic detail. We were delighted with how these turned out.

It’s not every day you get to help a culinary legend to pass on their skills through video - and we’re savouring every moment.
