Chris and Val have been working alongside Michelin-starred chef Alain Roux and his right-hand man Michael Nizzero to bring a new kind of magic to The Waterside Inn in Bray - the only restaurant outside France to hold three Michelin stars since 1985.
Together, they’ve built a multi-camera, live-stream-enabled studio kitchen, the beating heart of the newly launched Waterside Inn Culinary School. From here, Roux and his team are creating a suite of instructional videos to complement their in-person courses.
Our most recent project filmed at the culinary school was an extra-special series of soufflé masterclasses that capture every whisk, rise, and golden edge in cinematic detail. We were delighted with how these turned out.
